What we collect, and why

We only collect what we need:

When you email us — your name, email address, and whatever you choose to tell us about your business. We use this only to reply to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to carry out the work. We don't sell it or share it for marketing.
Analytics (only if you accept cookies) — anonymous information about how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed. This helps us improve the site. It does not identify you personally.

Cookies

A cookie is a small file a website stores in your browser. This site uses cookies in two ways:

A small setting that remembers your cookie choice — so we don't ask you every time. This is essential for the banner to work and is not used for tracking.
Google Analytics cookies — these only load if you press "Accept" on our cookie banner. They help us count visits and see which pages are popular, with IP addresses anonymised. If you press "Reject", these never load and no analytics run.

You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser settings, which will make the banner appear again on your next visit.

Google Analytics

Where you consent, we use Google Analytics, a service provided by Google. The data is processed to give us aggregate statistics about site usage. You can read more about how Google handles data in Google's own privacy policy, and you can opt out of Google Analytics across all sites using Google's browser add-on.

How long we keep your information

We keep enquiry emails only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry or ongoing work, and analytics data for a limited period in line with our Google Analytics settings.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have rights over your personal data, including the right to ask for a copy of it, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to certain uses. To exercise any of these, email us at [email protected]. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
